Description
Bungama Solar is an approved 280 MW (AC) utility scale solar photovoltaic and battery storage plant to integrate into the National Electricity Market through a 275 kV connection to ElectraNet’s Bungama Substation. It is also the home of 3 significant Rail carriages (1) A Double Saloon consisting of 2 long L-shaped Lounges with a bar and toilet at both ends. A removeable partition in the center enables it to be one. (2) A over height South African dining carriage that ran on 32volt power. It was purchased secondhand and shipped back to Australian by our Government. (3) A stainless steel Sleeping car. All single sleepers with a desk and chair with a unique s shaped center corridor.
